WILL MY PRINT BE MATTED OR FRAMED?
Our online print order does not include matting or framing. Matting and framing can be a very personal preference. Many customers prefer to wait and choose a mat and frame that fits in with their home/office décor. We will do custom matting and framing upon request.
WILL A PRINT BE CROPPED THE SAME WAY AS SEEN ON THIS WEBSITE?
Many golf photos on this website are displayed showing the full frame and may not be the ideal cropping for a finished printed photograph. Most golf pictures become more visibly pleasing when cropped to a narrow format, such as 24” x 14”. Our standard print sizes are based on the longest dimension of the actual image. The paper size will be one to two inches longer on each side.
HOW ARE PRINTS DELIVERED?
All prints are carefully packaged and shipped in tubes by FedEx International Economy service (4 business days). Each shipment is fully insured and can be traceable at any time during route. And the best part... the shipping cost is included in the price of the custom print!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRINT?
Most print sales will go out within a couple of days after an order is received and paid for. If we are on location it may take a 5-10 days.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We guarantee the safe delivery of our prints. But if in the unlikely case a print is damaged during transit we will replace your print at no charge.
HOW LONG WILL A PRINT LAST?
Our prints are made with archival paper and ink and if properly displayed will last a lifetime from fading.
WILL A PRINT FADE IN THE SUN?
All artwork will fade over time when displayed in direct sunlight. For best protection against fading it is highly recommended all artwork be displayed not in direct sunlight but in subdued light and correctly framed using UV protected glass.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRINT FADES?
We want you to have continued enjoyment with your print over many, many years. We offer a lifetime guarantee against fading. If for any reason your print fades, send it back to us and we will replace it free of charge during the lifetime of the original owner.
CAN I ORDER A PRINT IN A DIFFERENT SIZE THAN IS LISTED?
Yes, just contact us and tell us what you want. We'll provide you with a custom price. There may be a surcharge because it is not a standard size for us.
