BRORA, SUTHERLAND SCOTLAND - About 16 miles up the road from Royal Dornoch along the A9 is one of the most natural and fun golf courses to play in Scotland. A James Braid designed course, Brora Golf Club is a traditional out and back layout links course. A fantastic golf course in a beautiful location. With so many of its holes close to the sea and no dunes to block out the seascape the wind becomes quite a challenge at times. A fun characteristic while playing is sharing the course with roaming cows and sheep. The protective fencing around the greens is hardly ever a factor.
